Rain led to the demonstration being an indoor affair on stage. Photo Left  Mr Fiddy demonstrates the improved flexibility and balance gained from practising Taekwon-do. Breaking, pad striking and various Patterns were also performed to demonstrate various Taekwon-do techniques, power and the art.. .
